J & T Juice founder Joan Thomas was raised on fresh foods. Life was simple back when health was considered prosperity.

As a result of her upbringing, many years later in 2003, Thomas a licensed herbal Skin Care Specialist and longtime advocate of proven herbal remedies, created an unusual drink made of garbanzo beans (chick peas) out of her kitchen for a friend. She began making it for her family and friends. Thus, Chick-Pea Delight was born.

Within that same year came Irie Blitz, made primarily from butternut squash, an excellent source of fiber and Vitamin C; next came the Irish Moss Smoothy– Irish Moss is traditionally used in treating respiratory illnesses; then Carrot Nectar– which boosts calcium and iron absorption, heals wounds and fight infections; and new in 2007 Chana Dal Ambrosia, its rich tastes is a true find especially for diabetics. It has almost no effect on blood glucose levels.
